New Folding Settlement Test Container Rolls Off Line

At the end of October, a testing company affiliated to Guangzhou municipal government commissioned Standard Automobile (Guangdong) to participate in the design and production of two new folding settlement test container samples. At the beginning of November, this batch of samples successfully passed static load test and mixed pile load test at a construction site in Tianhe district, Guangzhou. The customer said that the sample boxes basically met the use requirements, and then put forward the improvement suggestions for batch products. It is expected to be applied and promoted in large-scale production in the near future.

It is understood that the test container is divided into two sizes, the first external size is 2000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (LxWxH), the second external size is 2000 x 2000 x 1000 mm (LxWxH). In terms of structure, the floor of both boxes is made of 5 mm flat steel plate, the bottom beam of 80x30x30x3 mm bending parts is laid, and the bottom side beam of 12.6# I-beam is matched, and the corner column is 75x75x10 mm square pipe. The side panels are collapsible and connected to the floor with 30 mm diameter high-strength wear-resistant pins. The stacking capacity of a single container is 26 tons, and the number of self-stacking layers is 6 layers.
