Chinese Space Equipment Container Are Ready To Go

At the end of July, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) Co., Ltd received an order from a partner company of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation to participate in the design and production of a 20 feet high cube side open door equipment container. In late August, this container was successfully completed and sent to Panyu, Guangzhou for equipment debugging.

It is reported that this container will be used as the carrier of a special equipment in China Aerospace South China region, and the container will be arranged and built according to the requirements of the relevant aerospace equipment. In terms of appearance, the whole container is sprayed with sky blue color, consistent with the color of the main LOGO of China Aerospace, and the right side of the container is printed with the "China Aerospace (CASC)" LOGO, which is very eye-catching. In terms of dimension, the external dimension of the container is the same as that of the 20 feet high cube shipping container, which is 6058 x 2438 x 2896 mm (LxWxH), which is convenient for the overall lifting and transfer in the later stage. In terms of structure, the right side of the container is fully open, while retaining the container standard rear door, the whole container adopts the production standard of shipping containers, sealing and waterproof requirements are up to CSC standards, and the maximum payload capacity can reach 22 tons.

In terms of materials, the bottom side beam is made of 20# channel steel, the strength is much higher than the bending parts used in ordinary shipping containers, the bottom cross beam is made of 4mm bending parts, the top plate and front wall are made of 2.0mm corrugated plate, the side plate is made of 1.6mm corrugated plate, and the floor is 28mm standard shipping container wooden floor, which can meet the daily load needs of customers, and in the lifting, loading and transportation, ensure that the container structure does not occur excessive deformation.
