In early August, Standard Automobile (Guangdong) Co., Ltd was commissioned by a hydrogen technology company in Guangdong, and after 30 days of design and production, it successfully completed the line of 9 meters of electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment container.

It is reported that the external dimension of the container is 9144 x 2700 x 2700 mm (LxWxH), the left and right end faces are square, and there are no doors, 4 doors are opened on the side of the container, 2 single and 2 pairs. The main color of the container is white, and each side door is affixed with a yellow warning triangle sign of "electric danger". In terms of structure, the container is divided into four independent compartments, which are used as power supply room and hydrogen production room, each compartment is covered with 50mm thick rock wool insulation layer, which plays a role of heat preservation and insulation, greatly reducing energy waste in the process of hydrogen production.

In terms of materials, the main structure of the container uses shipping container standard materials and corner castings, lock rods and other accessories, the top side beam uses 120x60x4mm square pipe, the bottom side beam is 16# hot rolled channel steel, the bottom beam is 150x4mm bending parts, the container floor is 4mm pattern steel plate.
